    Ms Yuko Nitta was born in Fukushima Prefecture. She handles an expansive index of corporate legal matters, including advising on various transactional contracts and labor issues, assisting shareholders' meetings, and M&A. Ms Yuko also specializes in international transactions for small and medium-sized companies, providing legal support to companies when they conduct trade transactions with overseas companies, assisting them in setting up overseas bases, assisting them in local litigation, and representing overseas companies in itigation in Japan.

    Ms Yuko has studied at law school in New York, worked at law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong, and assists local companies that are active globally.
